50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.

IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION
Pricing & Occupancy: The base rate is based on two people and includes a double bedroom, the main bathroom, the living room, the kitchen, and a spacious outdoor area.
Flexible Accommodation: The house is configured with two double bedrooms and a twin single room to comfortably accommodate your group. For reservations of three or more guests, the second bathroom will be opened up, and we can allocate the bedrooms to suit your preferences.
Little Ones: Children aged 0 to 3 stay for free. A travel cot is available to add at checkout, or you can just let us know when making your enquiry.

HOUSE RULES
To keep the property in wonderful shape for everyone, we kindly ask that guests respect a few simple guidelines:
- Maximum Occupancy: Each bedroom has a maximum occupancy of two guests.
- No smoking inside the villa.
- No parties or events.
- No pets allowed.
Please note that the House Rules and the Rental Agreement will be sent upon payment.
